Susan is the college administrative officer at College Eight. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the non-academic aspects of college, including student life, operations, and business functions. In partnership with Provost Rajan, she provides the leadership for creating a rich and meaningful educational experience for our students.
Susan received her B.A. in Sociology from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana and completed her master’s and doctorate in Educational Psychology and Counseling at University of San Francisco. Before coming to UCSC, Susan was vice president for student affairs at NDNU, Belmont, CA.
Susan vision is to create a culture of inclusion where value added learning, talent enhancement, and commitment to personal development are central to students’ educational experience and academic success. |
